Warranty/ReturnsWarrantyAll manufacturers have a one year warranty on new racquet frames, when used under normal conditions. This warranty maintains that the racquets are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the one year period. This warranty does not cover strings. When you upgrade the strings through Racquetball Factory, we provide a three week warranty on our string jobs (again, under normal use). Processing a warranty returnIf your racquet breaks, please contact the manufacturer directly first for information regarding replacement. We do not charge any fee for processing warranties. However, you may be responsible for shipping charges. Contact info@racquetballgearonline with any questions, or for help with your return. ReturnsIf you are not satisfied with any products, please contact us for a Return Authorization. As long as the item is in new condition and has not been used, we can give you an exchange for credit with no restocking fee.
